At MAMI·DIVA BOUTIQUE, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review our returns & refunds policy below:

Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

  1. Return Requests: Must be initiated within 5 days of receiving all items in the order.
  2. Condition of Items: Items must be unworn, with original tags and clear garment packaging with SKU label intact.
  3. Non-Returnable Items: We do not accept returns or exchanges for the following:
    • Beauty products
    • Bodysuits
    • Face masks
    • Intimates/Lingerie
    • Jewelry
    • Swimwear
    • Openpack Wholesale Orders

Return Process

  1. Initiate Return: Contact us via email at returns@mamidiva.com or use the chat widget on our website within 5 days of receiving your order.
  2. Return Approval: Once your return request is approved, ship the items back to us within 5 days.
  3. Restocking Fee: Orders returned without meeting the above criteria are subject to a 20% restocking fee, or the return may be declined.

Returns

  1. Processing Time: Please us allow 5-7 business days from the day we receive the returned package for your refund to be processed.
  2. Notification: You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed.
  3. Non-Refundable Charges: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
  4. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a shipping error or a damaged item.

Order Changes And Refunds

  1. Canceling an Order: If you want to cancel your order, contact us within 24 hours after purchase to cancel your order and get a full refund.
  2. Order Changes: To make any changes to a recent order, contact us within 24 hours after the order has been placed.

Final Sale Items 

Items marked as final sale are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges unless they are damaged or there was a shipping mistake by us.
